About me…
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, a Graduate Certificate in Business, am a Certified Bookkeeper, a CPA, and a BAS Agent. I’ve worked in small businesses where I’m the only person in accounting to large companies with an accounting department. I’ve worked exclusively preparing monthly accruals and inventory variance reconciliations. For the last 5 years I’ve worked with small businesses lodging their quarterly BAS including Bank Reconciliations, Profit and Loss Statements, and direct assistance with their Tax Agent at year end.
My experience in finance is vast! I’ve reported directly to the owner of the company and to the CFO.
I have provided and implemented procedures for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
Accounting software options are numerous and I’ve worked with many of them – Reckon, Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks being the most prominent.
